Hello Gravanuats,

Welcome to Stage II of the Game|Gravity beta. First off I want to apologize that all previous accounts and post were lost from the last stage of the beta. And for those of you looking for ZyonGames.com, I have decided to hang up the towel on this one on focus my attentions to Game|Gravity for the time being.

One look at the front page and you can see we have progressed a lot with Game|Gravity in the last week to be able to provide you with a functional site today. We are at 10% of what the site will one day become and I hope you will stick around to help us grow.

I believe one of our greatest strengths is you, the community. Most of us are all relatively similar, within the same age range, I did just turn 25 yesterday (belated birthday wishes and gifts of money are appreciated) and of course our love of Games.

On that note, I want to also address the issue of community chemistry. The mechanics of a small community is much different than those of a large organization, say IGN. It relies more on chemistry than process, fancy features, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad revenue a year. These will be implemented as we get bigger. And I will eventually stop caring about you, but for now I like us to learn to work together. I value and appreciate the help of everyone during the start-up phase. We need everyone to work together to make Game|Gravity the #1 spot for free MMO resources and create one of the best communities to come to for information presented in a welcoming fashion.

Well first of all happy birthday Zether. And your only 25, I would have guessed you were 30+.

Really sad about what happened to Zyon because if you would have managed to launch Secret Online (among with other games) the company would have had a bright future.

Any date when this stage will end?

which IMO is weird because usually before you go changing
databases and all, you make a backup of the stuff that was
on it before. but idk, that's probably totally different on
vbulletin than it is on phpbb i guess.

i'm just curious as to how many times we will have to re-
register now. i registered and lured people to zyongames,
i've registered and lured people to gamegravity, and now i
can start all over again. lol.

props on the site though. the built in forum looks good as
well. needs a bit more activity though, the site i mean. it
needs to pop out a bit more imo. not as much as the last
site, with the bright blue and all the flash fanciness, but
it's good that there's something eye-catching like a great
revies with screenshots or something like that on the front
page.

@richard, i don't know if zyon would have had a bright
future just with secret online. i played the thai version of
the game to get an idea of what the game is like, and tbh,
it's not all that good. neither are games like AoA, which got
promoted here. it would however be a start, and MIGHT
have gotten zyon into a bright future. but most likely, it
would end up like most of the small mmo's. pity, i liked the
zyon community and where it was going. i still talk to a
couple of the guys on msn every now n then ;]

i'll stick around and keep commenting on anything i like or
dislike, and hope this is appreciated. you guys can expect
me most in the site discussion area, off topic and f2p mmo's.
