lets hear some stories on what is the most messed up shit that you have encountered in an mmorpg. be it a messed up player you ran into, a random happening, or even some that lead to a IRL problem. or whatever else. i love mmo horror stories..lol... lemme hear your most whacked out mmo story.

well the most messed-up thing that happened to my MMO gaming, was when I was playing MU online in a private server. My guild and especially me, became the strongest in the server. But because of hackers and cheaters, people started to ruin the game by editing their levels and items. The GM there had no clue as to what was happening and how these people had done these cheats. So eventually we gave up trying to protect the game and left the server, along with almost 1.5 years of playing there.

The most messed up thing that happened to me. I got lost in everquest at lvl 15. I don';t mean lost in the sense of I couldn't find my way back. I knew the way I just couldn't get there. I got somewhere I couldn't survive long enought toe sscape from. At that stage I wasn't on much didn't have any friend network and simply gave up. Started a new charecter.

When I got hacked, someone got my IP add from YM and used a backdoor on me.

Your sayiong someone logged into your machine and played from your machine or stole your info with a keylogger and then hacked your account ?

I know that having somenes IP is handy info for hacking someone but it never happen in reality. I'd be looking into the root of the problem.
