Id love to say 4Story but since the English version is only for US people I stopped playing. But they have territory wars that looked awesome.

technically Guild Wars is free2play. So I'd say guild wars by far. The PVP sysetm is well balanced and well designed. It's hard to explain what it's like when your fighting in a Guilkd Wars match but with the high quality of servers and great graphics Im always astounded by the lack of lag pockets or lag death. It still happens but no where near as much.
