You're just lacking in the kind of vision it takes to conquer the world, Obviously.

To be honest, it's not aimed at practicle solutions. It's aimed at people who have to much god damned money. Since when are the rich practicle.

I'm sure that is just a waste of time. I can see them not making enough money off of that, then complaining about how some people 'aren't ready for this type of thing yet'.

I don't hate Microsoft or anything, it's just that sometimes they waste everyone's time on stuff that isn't really good for anything. The Xbox360 is nice, yes it did die on me 1 time in the 2 years I've had it, but they paid for everything to get it fixed.

But NOW, they have run out of ideas and stealing everything from apple. They have stolen the idea of the little 'Mii' (?) characters and added that as an update to Xbox360, they've stolen the idea of the iPod Touch/iPhone and are coming out with the Zune Touch... And now this, gah !

Oh well... We will just have to see how this goes.

lol, Im not going to get into a debate of who stole what from whom. Needless to say the concept of 3d avataars is not exactly original to the Wii niether is the concept of a touch screen portable device original to the iphone.

Sure M$ decided if its selling for apple it'll sell for me, but apple did the same to someone else. Who probably did the same to someone else, who probably stole it from his flatmate at uni while he was sleeping off a particularly bad downer.

The fact remains that neither the iPop/iPhone/Zune or Zune Touch are gadgets worth buying the avataars added to xbox are hardly a functional extension of the 360 as a whole. more a touch of 'cute' to a front end that lacked in broad appeals. If M$ had truly stolen the concept of Mi's they would have built a genre around them rather than adding them to there Arcade games (much more like the MSN avataars that have been available for some years now.)

Also if your gonna make a point about M$ using Avataar's perhaps it would be worth noting sony is about to do the same... except you have to pay for them on the PS3.

Microsoft had touch screen modible decides, and things like this table in 2000 when i had visited them. Its like the movie Charlie and the Chocolate factory. It's hard to believe when you enter the shop

Its not about what they can seel, rather what they can do. So when it comes time they can pick something from R&D and release it within a few years instead of 10 year development cycle.
