Windows Vista x64 ultimate. I'm soon to pick up new RAM. I'd seriously suggest 8GB

Windows XP Professional SP2. The only reason why I use it is because it provides the best compatibility and reliability in running the type of server that I run.

Im downgraded my laptop manually. It came with vista but It performs about 60% better under xp. XP is a great system and probly has enough life left in it to give windows 07 a run for its money.
