Intro
If tedious repletion is not for you, you can stop reading now fatty. What’s that? You have 3 level 80s on World of Warcraft? Read on. So, the truth is that we are not bound to some naturally granted level of physical fitness. We can make ourselves what we will, but strangely, that idea is not popular. People hate abandoning the notion that they would coast to six-pack-abs if their father had them. But that view sucks. Maybe we can't expect most people to achieve peak levels of physical fitness and rock hard abs. It's just too demanding. But the striking, liberating news is that being healthy isn't reserved for a preordained few. It is available to you and to everyone. Guys we are going to start a plan together here that yes will be repetitive but will show results. I designed this plan for men, as I -- well I am not as familiar with the female body as I would like to be, but ladies I am single. (Ladies, you may send pictures and intros to support[@]gamegravity.com ATTN: date me) Lastly, I went to school for marketing and spent most of my life playing video games. I am not a nutritionist, physical therapist, or personal trainer. This is just what I do and it seems to be working. The Diet: If anyone is familiar with six pack abs workouts, there is such a thing as the “ABS POWER DIET”. And it’s perfect for our work out plan. Toss out your soda and junk food and only buy these items when you go to the store for the next 51.2 days. You can eat any combination you want, but if you stick to these foods you’ll be golden. You should be striving to 6 small meals a day, but I normally only get 4-5. It’s also important to drink 8 glasses of water a day, which is great if you have a water cooler at work, you can walk to there every 30 minutes. I would also suggest if you are driving to the grocery store, to park as far away from the entrance whenever you go shopping. The 30 or so extra yards won’t kill you I promise. The Shopping List: A Almonds (and other nuts) B Beans (and other legumes) S Spinach (and other green vegetables) P Peanut butter O Olive oil W Whole grains (breads and cereals) E Extra-protein powder (whey) R Raspberries (and other berries) D Dairy I Instant oatmeal E Eggs T Turkey (and other lean meats) In combination with this diet once a month I will fast for two days drinking nothing but water and a gallon of cran-raspberry juice. Basic Work out: The Basic workout requires no equipment and you can do it after every time you level, get a new achievement, or while you’re waiting on a raid. For those of us not wasting our lives on World of Warcraft, you can do these activities at work after lunch or whenever you get fragged on Xbox live. Mmmm fragged dolls… I suggest you do this work out three times daily. Start with once a day and work your way to two times.
Advanced Work out: For those of you that want to get fancy, you can add these activities to the basic work out. They will require more than just your body and a floor though. You’ll need a pull up bar, a broom handle, and some chairs. I recommend the Iron Gym Bar for the pull up bar. You can pick one up at any Walgreens or on Amazon for $30. I would suggest doing the Basic workout for 2 weeks before throwing money at something you’re not going to finish fatty.
Well that’s it in a nutshell, follow the diet and simple work out and you will see results in 30 days. Here are some useful tips though to help you out even more if you up for it. -

Raw eggs are actually really good to drink at least 2 at a time. They provide an instant boost of protein and nutrient, but then again they're gross and can make you sick if you're a beginner at drinking them. Also be careful how you crack the egg if you're going to drink it because it contains salmonella and you don't want the liquid part of the egg to get any of it

Why not throw some free-weights into this workout? And a nice protein shake.
If you eat what you said your eating there, and do those workouts... plus lift weights targeting core area's like back, chest, and abs (your squats take care of the rest) and take a shake afer your lifts, you'd see way better results. And its not like it would take more than 15 extra minutes because you wouldnt have to go all out 1 hour at the gym, it would be maybe 3 sets of 12 rep preacher curls or hammer curls. Not a full blown workout. Just 1 or 2 exercises with free weights. |
